It’s as scar, an abrasion or a burn maybe. Have you got lights in the cage where the snake can touch them?

It will come off with a shed or two.
 
I had a little one do this. A scale or two have come off. It will heal up, the head pattern will come back and she will be fine. It's just going to take a few sheds. Put a little Neosporin on it.
