What's the difference!?

All three, of those you mention, are Amels.
An Amel is just that ... a basic Amel (lacks black pigment).
A Candy Cane is an Amel that has been selectively bred to have a certain look (red saddles on a white background).
A Creamsicle is an Amel hybrid (Cornsnake x Emory).

Eidt: The snake you are questioning (Junior) is an Amel.
