So I know that when I can't see the buldge after 24 hours then it is time to move up in size. What do I move up to if I am already feeding large adult mice? Is this when I move up to rat pups?
If you want to be accurate, I'd use a digital scale that measures in grams and then use the Munson Plan (search Munson Plan: Sample feeding chart using the search function). Usually if the bulge disappears after 24 hours then it's time to move up a size. Follow the 1.5* rule.
However, I've heard bad things about RodentPro, if you want guaranteed quality then I'd go with The Mouse Factory.
The Mouse Factory has Jumbo adults, thats what it sounds like you need. I have some and they coincide with the Munson plan weight for jumobs and adult corns.
hmmm, interesting question and answers. All my adults get a normal sized adult mouse. Once a week for breeding females, once every two weeks for breeder males. Once every week for subadults. :shrugs:
