Why my corn behaving llike this?

female species

New member
Hi im clare and im new to the site, sorry to just rush in with a question, but i have a femake corn that i think is between 2 and 4yrs she weighs 4ft 2and half inches, and weighs just under700 grams now, when i got her about 5 months ago she weighed more, i was told she was no older than 18 months and was fed 2 large mice a week!!! ive been told she is female, but for my own piece of mind, im taking her to the reptile shop tomorow to get her probed(just to be on the safe side) as the rest i was told, wasnt correct haha

I found a forum as i was new to this all and was told that i was lied to lol.:devil01:

she shed about a month ago, and hasnt easten in about 5 to 6 weeks, im not worried about her not eating at the moment, as ive been told they can go months without food, but her activness has increased to all the time, she doesnt get seen going in her hide at all, and is always on the go!
Whay would she be acting like this all of a sudden? is thus normal?
before this she would stay in her hide for a couple of days after her feed, then spend thee rest of the time over the cooler side, mostly lazing around haha

any ideas on her behaviour would be greatful

clare

Your she is probably a he displaying his urge to mate characterized by not eating and extreme activity. Thats just english for looking for love:)

Hahahahaha, this is why im taking to get her probed, i have an incling she could be a he lol
As ive read up on it, and to me sounds like a male looking for some lovin haha

Well took HIM to reptile shop, they probed and said HE was well and truely loaded haha
The bloke at grange retiles said if i put it in a take with a female, HE would ruin her hahahaha

cheers for listening

clare
