Hi. I'm looking to move my corn from his small exo terra glass viv into a bigger viv. I wanted a big glass one but can't seem to find any big enough.so does anyone know where I can gt glass tank big enough for adult corn or do u guys think wood is better?

20gal long seems to work for most people. There are those who love to see their snake in larger aquariums though.

I am currently debating on splitting my 125 into 3 sections for the time being and using it as a snake enclosure...

Most of mine are in melamine vivariums with sliding glass doors at the front - think these are more common over here in the UK.

Glass or wood both work fine, really. My only advice would be to go for the biggest one you can afford and fit into your home, if you have the chance to get something above the minimum requirement.

Yeah I want to get him a four foot viv but ppl keep sayin they don't like big vivs but I don't see the prob if plenty of hides

Absolutely - the key is to have enough hides and ground cover so that they can move around and still feel hidden.

Smaller containers are recommended for hatchlings as they can be a bit more flighty. But an adult or sub-adult will be fine in a four footer with the right places to stay out of sight.

if cost or space is an issue, go with tubs! I'm just embarking on a tub outfitting extravaganza!! lol...all of my snakes are going into tubs, and I'm donating the glass tanks to the local aquarium society (they're always looking for things to use for rescue fish and the like) because I totally dont have room, and the tubs are auctually bigger than the glass tanks I've got.

Cost n room isn't aren't really issues. I just want snakey to have a big tank and be happy. Looks like a wood one though, only ones I can see in biiig sizes lol
