Would this bedding work?

Hey all,
Well I have been buying aspen bedding from PetCo, and it's costing me a fortune at 11.00 for 8.8L. I browsed around the internet and found a tractor supply company near me that sells 56L bags of aspen chips for 7.00. I am planning on heat treating it (although it does say it's made for pets) and using it for my mice. I'm just wondering, would it also be okay to use for my snake?

Thanks all,
--Mike

Yep! That's exactly the aspen we use. It's cut in a lot bigger chips than the stuff from the pet stores, but our snakes don't seem to mind. It also seems to be lower in dust.

Thanks! Haha I really hated spending so much on aspen, and now it seems i don't have to! Yay!

Thanks,
--Mike
