Here 'he' is (not sure of sex yet)...but it's definitely a lavender ultramel motley and he's eating great!!
From a Ultramel het Lavender Motley and an Opal het Motley - the fun part is that I never knew the Opal was het motley! :dancer:

1 Ultramel het Lav (not eating yet)

Congrats on a super clutch! You've got yourself some nice cutting edge babies! I hope you'll post the occasional update pic. I'll like to see how this one's colors change as it grows.

Loooking at them I sure see how much they can vary ,I had some light as snows and some that looked like hypo lavs! That motley is cool! Can you post a picture of the neon? :cheers:
 
I didn't have too much variation in the ones that were Lav Ultramels...once they shed they all really have a similar appearance. I posted the rest of the clutch under "Ultramel Lavenders and the rest..."

Here's a recent picture of the neon - he's been getting BIG so I switched him back from rats to mice.

It doesn't take that long to set up a cornproject !!
Next year I will breed my Ultramelmotley het caramel to an Opal female ,
I think this gives a good shortcut that saves billions of years , I want to breed that before I'm 50 !!! :crazy02: :grin01: :crazy02:
