Well after much thought, I decided to keep the 60 gallon tank I bought on ebay for my snake. So now he has a brand new penthouse suite that takes up most of the room! He is in his shed cycle right now, so he is hiding under the big log in the center. His first day in it was the most active I have ever seen him! The former office which is now under renovation is now officially the "snake room."

You can see his older small tank on the floor below. I also have another 20 gal long a teacher just gave me so now all I have to do is convince my hubby to let me get a new pair of hatchlings to fill them!:D

Great setup!! Now for more snakes to fill the other two vivs!! My honey is letting me get two more for breeding in the future....well, he knows about one....doesn't know it's going to be a male and female.......
P.S. Since you're in So.Cal like me, you might want to secure your tank in case of Earthquake. Hate to see that 60 gl. break!
 
Good point Meg! I didn't even think about that. It already is a tad bit oversized for the stand. I'm also looking to get a pair for future breeding this hatchling season. Can't wait to see what we all wind up with.
