Oh the Snow

It's beautiful in your pictures Danielle. Yours, too, Alan. Especially the last one---great wallpaper.

I had to call my AC man out of the woods (deer camp) today to come to help out the guys at the HWH (halfway house) with a little maintenance.
My AC man.

Yea, but It's a diesel so they melted in no time :D They don't hurt anything.

 It's a wonderful 3 degrees outside here in the middle of Washington

Yeah, that looks like a pretty serious truck. A few girly little icicles were nothing!

3 degrees! Like, just the number three and nothing else? Man, and I thought we were suffering over here with our 27 degree weather.

Yep...3 degrees.....super cold and everything freezes and makes for really bad driving conditions....also meaning for me to pull wittle cars out of ditches :D

Silly people who think they can drive their sedans around with a foot of snow on the roads! I guess they just really need to restock milk and toilet paper!

Yep! No doubt! I find myself towing a lot of people around lol, so I asked my mom for ratchet straps for Christmas....yea I'm weird like that :)

Dang, Emily, that was a daytime temp? I don't mind the cold, but near zero starts to hurt a little.
Our snow has stopped for now at about 20". My neighbor's station wagon is just a large mound of snow, hmmm, I think that's their station wagon

Lol, nah, night time temp...the day time gets up to like, 20 or 30? Funny thing is, during the summer our highest gets at 106 or so.

I didn't realize Washington had such a big range of temps. We were 27° today, but it's only going down to 24° overnight.
Tomorrow's high is supposed to be 31°. I hope the snow packs tomorrow, I wanted to make a snowman!

I've gone ice diving when it was 10F out. The water feels warm when it's that cold!! Not really, but you tell yourself that.

Snow can be truly frightening...for example...it shows us in the morning how very close and how very large baltimore city rats get to be!
There were tracks up the back steps all the way to the door...and down the steps, around to the trash, and in the alley. UGH. Stupid rats!
Here is proof....
Big rat feet and a long dragging tail!

Eeeew! Baltimore rats are not messing around. I'm pretty sure most warehouses down there chain them out front for security purposes.

Got about 18-20" here last night/this morning. Not the greatest pic, but...

Great pictures Danielle, what a wonderland for kids. I bet they have a great day today.

While you guys are all having fun in the snow, some of us have weeds to pull and grass to mow. There is just no end to it.
