That's the problem with some parents. It's the whole, "My little angel" syndrome. My kid can do no wrong! My kid, my kid, my kid. WELL DAMNIT, WHAT ABOUT MY KID?
You might not think there is a lot that they could do, but there is. Be it suspensions, expulsions, detentions, etc. Maybe they could require the children involved to seek counseling to figure out why they need to bully? There is a lot that can be done, but doing nothing can be the worst!
So, because she is being bullied, she can no longer visit social networking sites? How about the kids doing the bullying getting banned? Doesn't that sound fair?
What if you wanted to go to a school dance or party. Except when you got there, you were picked on by a couple of kids in the school and the schools position on the situation was that YOU had to leave, because you don't have to be there and get bullied. Does that sound fair?
