Hmm...I'm wondering how an individual that obviously hasn't read the whole Constitution can be so authoritative on it...
I mean...he says that no where in the Constitution is the Federal Governemnt granted the ability to regulate heath care, yet in the very first pargraph, the world-famous "Pre-amble to the U.S. Constitution", it specifically states that one reasonn it was created was to promote the general welfare.
Doesn't that mean that the government has the power to regulate public welfare programs for the betterment of society? Doesn't that include health care? Maybe my English isn't so good? :shrugs:
