2010 CS.com NFL Football Pick 'Em

Woohoo, so far tied for 1st this week. I went with my gut this week and it seems to be working okay....only made 1 last minute change today and that was on the NYG/CHI game, we'll see how that goes...

That WAS very prophetic, Joe... and here I was jeering at your "joke". LOL.

VICK is down for the count... Fortunately for ME, he was Brent's QB in the Fantasy League. :)

WOW! Jacksonville is REALLY giving it all against the Colts (they ALWAYS seem to do that). Hopefully it'll make Peyton "pad" his score a bit for my Fantasy team.

LOL. I guess it goes without saying, but I hope the Colts actually WIN the game too! LOL.

My last minute switch from NYG to CHI is starting to worry me...luckily I think only 2 of us picked NYG. I knew I should have went with my gut and not trust Cutler. Maybe things will turn around, not that I'm a big Cutler fan, so even if they lose no big deal!

I just can't seem to pick um. oh well, atleast my fantasy team is rockin it! calvin johnson and TO combined for 49 points, Gates got me another 20...good day on the fantasy side

Uhhhh... are you watching the game??? It is just horrible... PAINFUL to watch EITHER team. Talk about efforts in futility...

DYK, it's on, but I'm not really paying attention. I just keep hearing Cutler losing the ball and throwing interceptions and getting sacked. Considering how many 'lucky breaks' the Giant's are getting, yet still only have 3 points, I suppose both teams are sucking.

You're right... AWFUL!!!! Both teams didn't bother showing up before halftime. AFTER halftime only the Giants did.

Goes to show how INCREDIBLY lucky the Bears were to be 3-0... BUT for a few calls/no calls, they would definitely have been 1-2 (now 1-3).

As for Cutler... I "thought" there was hope... but he had guys open for 3-7 yards just about every play, but he was looking WAAAYYYYY down field and holding the ball too long. Talk about not playing SMART football...

Woohoo! My Raiders beat SD! Nobody picked them, so I didn't mind rooting for them since it wouldn't make any difference in the standings if they won, lol.

Here's the deal... where are the "WHO DATS?" The LOWLY, Kurt Warner-LESS, Cards that got spanked last year just beat the Superbowl Champs!!!!

LOL... One hit wonder, here we come!

The BAD thing... Cowboys are GONE for the season... No way they'll go ANYWHERE this year. So much for Cowboys HOSTING the SB this year. :(

Okay, my 2 least favorite teams lose (Packers and Cowboys) and I picked both of them. At least I can cherish their loss.

I don't mind the New Orleans loss either :dancer:

Yup I agree. They'll be lucky to go 8-8. I think all of their problems lie squarely with the coaches. You can't have the talent they have and still manage to lose. Especially with 100yd receiver, 100yd rusher, 400yd passer.

Garret has got to go - redzone issues are still showing up. Philips has got to go, too. I wanted him on defense, but I'm not so sure. There's been virtually no qb pressure this year - his plan is too conservative and predictable. Especially with blitzes.

I actually got to go to the game yesterday, and I do have to say it was quite fun and the stadium is amazing! Would have been better had they won.

Congrats on being able to go to the game!!! THAT has got to be a plus. Too bad about their loss... I feel the same way when we get to go to a Cards/D-Backs game and they lose... Blech... LOL.

Well, at least it was a nail-biter...

The Cards game helped me drive from Phoenix to El Paso, Texas... Listening to the game helped me keep focused and from nodding off. LOL.
