They're here!

True story, I was moving my car so the wife could go to work when the FedEx guy drives up...

She called a bit later and asked if that was the rack I ordered being delivered. I fibbed and said "yes". Let her have a nice non-mad day at work and let her get mad at me when she gets home. :grin01:

LOL :laugh01: funny. Be sure to be holding one or more of them when she gets home. It would be hard for her to get mad seeing how cute they are. Congrats on your new babys!

If I understand the genetics... the 2 I got planning for an eventual pairing (El Dorado and Cayenne) should be able to make some cool babies...

Ultramel het caramel
Amel het caramel
GoldDust
Butter

all of them would be 50% het stripe.

That sound right?

Hmm Tupelo Honey only weighed 6g when I got her, but I swear Indigo Montoya seems even smaller!

Great pics! Did anyone strike or bite or at least give you the triangle head??

7 grams is small. When I handle Jasmine, I put my reading glasses on! I don't feel like I have to do that with the 9 grammers. You wouldn't think it would make such a difference.

I think your wife is going to notice the missing rack...

Aww.... what a cute picture!!!
Good luck with them!

Thanks!

Not a one of them, they were all pretty calm. Indigo was the toughest to photograph, he kept trying to launch!

She will notice the missing rack alright, I plan to explain to her that I just didn't want her mad while she was taking kids' christmas photos today. The rack will be here soon I hope! :D

All very awesome looking! I'm even starting to like amels now. Especially ones loaded with cool hets.

Thanks! :grin01:

If Indigo is one of them.......prepare to die! ;)

regards,
MiracleMax

I so love Princess Bride... when I looked up words related to lavender and found indigo... well, I just had to!

Love that Name!!!

Thanks!

Great to hear that they arrived and are safe & sound!

Beautiful babies!! Congrats!

I'm drooling over the GoldDust's eyes. Do they stay this color?

Dark? ... yes.
The ruby eyes?... They do keep ruby eyes but have heard that, sometimes, they do not (I don't know this, from personal experience, because my Golddust Motleys have, thus far, retained their ruby eyes ;) ).

Great looking bunch Dave. Eldorado is sweeeeet.

Merry Christmas to you!

Thanks!

lol if you get another one you could name him Humperdink =P

LOL

I was mainly talking about his eye color, kinda goldish. I hope that's how they stay, the ruby part is sweet too of course. :D

My wife came home and said, "I am surprised you don't have the rack put together yet." I was like, "Uh, honey? I have something to tell you..." :grin01: She actually didn't get too upset, which is good. :D
