11.95 for the Nutribac then pick your postage:

U. S. Media Postage / 1st Class mail (slow) - 1 - 3 items….. $ 3.95

U. S. Priority postage for 1 -3 items (usually 2 - 3 days transit time).… $ 6.50

There should be a comments section for the seller when you do the PayPal part. Just put in there what you want her to send!
