My snake is tiny can i feed it crickets?

I bet that you herd that you can feed crickets to cornsnakes from one of those petland or petco guys! Sometimes they are such idiots! :angry01::mad::headbang:

Yeah it was already mentioned, but to reiterate.

NO CRICKETS.

Their exoskeleton is not good for Corns at all. My understanding is that it causes a blockage in their stomachs which can be fatal. Not 100% sure about that, but I am sure crickets are 100% bad for corns.

You shoud hear the things they tell people about fish.

I can't even count the number of times I've had to save someone from advice that most certainly would have killed an entire tank and cost the owner hundreds (maybe more) of dollars.

In fact, my number one rule of pet ownership, has been to ignore the advice given at pet stores and do my own research.

It sure doesn't hurt to cut the pink in half, or even thirds and just feed a section. I've thawed two ways, cut the pink while frozen, then thawed in plastic wrap and tried to keep it dry (right!) and just recently have just cut the thing into sections after thawing. But I am feeding the whole cut up pink, not just one part.

I have a six gram snake, very tiny, who can eat the smallest day old frozen pinks. I buy a pack of pinks and sort them into three groups by size, then start feeding the smallest group first.

This just about a life-size picture of her. She's actually a teeny bit smaller.

she was actually able to eat the pinkies with no problems. She is adjusting amazingly. I am very satisfied with my Christmas Corn
