My first (and new!) Leopard Gecko!!!

Eriathiel

Short and Sweet
Well as you may have been able to tell from my previous post, I went to the Hamburg show today - and picked out my first leopard gecko! Its too young to be sexed, but was incubated to be a female, so we will see! No name yet, although I'm thinking about calling it Darcy - good male or female name!

I brought her home and she took a LONG drink, and then a nap. I'm so excited!!

Sounds exactly like what I did after work today.

Good lookin' gecko, good luck with her.

I hope you had a good nap - thats all I wanted to do this afternoon, but I had to study!

Nice! But next time.. choose a color of writing that won't make me blind-er!

I'm sorry, I like bright things when I'm excited!

What a cutie! Congrats Izzi! Hope she settles in well for you :)

All the best

David

Thanks David!

Trust me, the Leo bug is almost as bad as the corn bug... soon you'll *need* another. Beware!

Congrats on your beautiful baby! I was sad we didn't get to meet either, I would have stayed but my friend had to be back to work at 3 - I hope you go to Hamburg again, she and I are planning to go back next month! Good luck getting a gecko!

Aww! Cute leo, congrats!

Thankies!

Cute! You guys are making me want one!

Well I think you know the answer to that problem - GET ONE! :)

Very cute.

I know, I've heard that! It was very hard for me not to get a second one yesterday, the guy offered me a second one at half price... but I was strong!

She's a cute little albino, I expect she'll be really pretty when she grows up :)

Watch out, Leos are as addictive as Corns, I should know, we've got 13 at the moment and 15 eggs cooking in the incubator ;)

Good luck with your new little one and I'm sure you won't stick at one...lol...I couldn't have resisted a second one for half price, you're a stronger person than me :)
