He is definitely a normal. And a gorgeous one at that!

Normals can vary greatly in their colors. My first corn snake was a normal. He is still one of my faves of all time.

If you got a normal at a petstore, you never know what hidden genes he has. Chances are excellent there's something else in there!! Most normals are the by-product of someone's breeding project. Some breeders even sell their males and females at different places, so someone doesn't accidentally buy a pair het for lavblood or some other amazing morph!

nice looking corn, my local store always is ordering breeding pairs lol.
Everytime i come in the owner is like I just got a new breeding pair of some type...

but nice looking normal.
