For those playing at home, I have a male Ultramel Motley listed as possible het Sunkissed Anery and two extra females this year to test him against.
In Test #1, my Ultramel Motley was proven def. het Anery, by breeding him to a pet store Normal that turned out to be het Anery Motley.
For Test #2, I bred him to my Sunkissed female with unknown hets to test him for that gene and pleaded with Murphy that she be het Amel... Well I guess I used up all that luck with the Lava Blood clutch, well, not all of it...
He's def. het Sunkissed too! Woot!
Thankfully I didn't rely on hope when picking future mates for him, because a couple years ago I picked up two females from Jodu from her Sunkissed X Sunglow Motley pairing, and will be putting them to good use next year
Oh, did I mention they may be het Anery as well?
Look for Ultramel Sunkissed Motleys soon.... oh, and maybe an Anery version too...
