I've never heard of the pigs blood thing before. Next time, I'm going to try leaving in just small pinkie parts, thinking that maybe he's intimidated by the large meal, and maybe even try a different scenting method with raw chicken or tuna juice. If he doesn't eat this time, I will force him to eat SOMETHING! I'm going to the breeder's house tomorrow hopefully so they can show me how to force feed with egg yolk. Thats what they were doing before I got him. :/

For valentines day, I'm working. lol Maybe we'll go out to dindin? I dunno. But we have off school Monday, which is conveniently our 2 year anniversary so we're gunna go and see Avatar in 3D and chill in Ft. Lauderdale maybe go to the BEACH or a nice place for lunch. We'll just swing it and see what happens.

I've been doing a ton of research on this forum to find methods for getting non feeders to eat, so I have a long list of things to try!! I WILL get him to eat!!! > He's so purty. <3

I came home the other day from my friends house {his dad is the corn snake breeder} and came home with a non feeder amel stripe {poss homo blood}. He is gorgeous! Stunning! Beautiful!! And dreadfully skinny. :[ I hope I can get him to feed!!!

Yeah I agree, I prefer the tanks over racks because of the visibility. I was thinking of waiting until this Summer when the breeding season is in full swing to pick out a few new babies from this Breeder's house who I visited yesterday. He has so many GREAT morphs!! From pied sided hypos to PLASMAAASS and opals and butter mots and stripes... I don't know how long I'll last with only my two snakes! I want so many!! Hahahaha!! x]

And finding that "ONE" snake is all worth while when you're looking for so long!! I felt exactly that when I got my babies. They are so perfect and beautiful! I had actually gone to 3 or 4 shows looking for my second snake, and man did that waiting pay off!! I hope you have PLENTY of selections at the show you go to!! :] Nothing bums me more than going to a reptile show and they have like... 5 corns. Like, what the hell? xDD Anyway, go get your present and SHOW ME PICS ASAP!!!

Yeah down here, there's three shows. One tiny one about 3 times a year, one medium one, and one large one. The larger is the farthest away and only once a year. Boo. :[ It's so much fun seeing all of the different critters that they have!! And I totally agree with you 100% that avoiding that shipping cost is always a GREAT way to save yourself 50 bucks or more.

I think if I don't move out this summer, I WILL build a rack in my closet. x] Its so hard to see pretty snakies and NOT want to buy them!! Ugh it's so tempting. No matter how many snakes you have, you always want more. D: It's like greedy people and money. Or guys and muscle cars. GRRRR!!!
