I am thinking lavender caramel.. I am almost wondering if lavender does the same as two of the other aneries, and tending to conceal caramel..

Very nice snake, but I have no clue about what it can be.

What are the parents, Stephen? It's an interesting creature to be sure. Did you hatch her? Are you planning more, expecting more, or want more or...? Whatever she is, I like her.

Not to hijack Stephen, but has there been a known homozygous charcoal/caramel animal produced? I've asked the question and searched, but I've only found speculation and not definitive proof.

But I do think that lavender tends to compliment the caramel gene quite nicely, not so much masking it. But I agree, that that snake looks like it could be a lavender caramel, doesn't seem that hypoish to me.

I agree. Not to hijack, as you said, but there was another discussion recently about opals with caramel. I think lavender and caramel make an interesting combination. I'm going to have to get myself :)some.

HEh

It is cool hijack away (lol)
parents Caramel X Caramel
known hets Anery & Amel & Hypo A
It was suspected there is another form of Hypo invoved I am believeing that there maybe the case project descended from Vinman,I recieved my group from Rich Hume. I have 2 clutchs from these guys this year should be interesting to see what
hatchs this time:eek:
Also I have a couple Lamber Motleys clutch in the oven so I will have some comparisons
My eggs waited for me to feel better to be able to work with them Thanks God!!! LOL

Looks to me like there's something unusual with that pretty baby. I've no idea what might have been in the background from Vinman, but something's going on there that the listed genes don't explain.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Stephen!
