Amaretto Corn

Walter Smith

CRAZY BOUT' CORNS !!
Here is a pic. of my Amaretto Corn (A.K.A. ~ Hypo Caramel Lavender)

Pic. 1 ) Amaretto
Pic. 2 & 3) Amaretto compaired with Hypo Lavender 100% het Caramel

You can defiantly see the difference when together and you can also see the yellow wash on the Amaretto.

I'm thinking of using this term for this tri-homo morph. Let me know what you think of this term???

I've seen the term Amberder used in conjunction to this combination. I don't think either suggestion is more odd than the other.

Yeah, I've seen the term Amberder as well. I'm also contemplating, more so, the term Amaretto.

I've been waiting to see how this combintaion would turn out at maturitiy and I think Amaretto fits the color very well.

Nice Walter! I like Amaretto much better than the other two names.

Here are a few pics of an Amber Plasma, and Striped Amber Lavender.

BTW, Don't even think of calling the first one an Asma!:twoguns: Too close to asthma.

Sweet Steve !! I can see the yellow wash on yours too !!

Actually, you would have there a Amaretto Bloodred & Amaretto Striped.
My guy above is 66% het Bloodred and I will find out for sure next season. The Hypo Lavender he is pictured with is 100% het Caramel and I have a female Hypo 100% het Caramel Lavender Bloodred, which is his mom.

I was leaning more towards the term Amaretto too as mentioned above. I think it fits well.
I believe that's the term I'll start using for this tri homo combination.

Walter,

I agree with the others, Amaretto is a really cool name. It's very classy, and isn't corny in the least bit (no pun intended).

Lovely I hope my little carender grows up like that.

Correction, your little AMARETTO ;) It seems the term Amaretto would be much more accepted in the hobby for this tri-homo and it does sound much better. BTW, awesome little one you have there !!

Just a heads up, I've changed the title of the original post, (from Carender to Amaretto) for obvious reasons.

Walter and Steve I really love the name and snakes. I'm really excited because I have 1.2 Hypo Motleys 100% het Caramel, Amel, Lavender, and Stripe

Also 1.4 Hypos 100% het Caramel, Amel, Lavender, and Stripe

Hopefully I will hit the odds and produce what I would love to call an Amaretto Sour Stripe (Amel, Caramel, Hypo, Lavender, and Stripe) Yah know the Amel makes it SOUR.... LOL

Congrats guys
