Yeah you can totally tell Smokey is neglected and not loved in my house, lol. Seriously I think my son loves SMokey more then most of the other critters in the house.

I love seeing kids and snakes, I think it's a good experience for them, I volunteer at a summer horseback riding camp, and will occasionally bring one of my snakes out as a 'special visitor'. The kids love it.

I'm with you! I not only have 4 kids of my own, but also care for 9 girls of varying ages with my wife. They ALL love the snakes and other pets we have. It is an AWESOME thing to teach them to respect and not fear these wonderful animals. Kudos to you!
