Cerise -- Bloodred Progression

jlindp

Ophidiophile.
Howdy!

I know I've already introduced my '09 female Bloodred to y'all, but I wanted her to have her own special progression thread. :} She's out of SMR and just a total looker, in my opinion. I absolutely love her! Such a sweetheart, to boot!

Pics when she first arrived, 9/22

"oh hai. i can haz camera?"

Thanks for looking! And I'll try to update after each shed. :}

That last picture.... awesome!
Great snake! Is it just me or did it grow.. a LOT... from 9/22 to 10/2??

Lol, thank you! It was hard doing macro shots of her because she kept trying to get on my camera when I got too close!

And I dunno... She's gained a little over 2 grams since I got her, and she shed... but a lot? I don't think so. Maybe my pictures are just misleading, lol.

Thanks for all the wonderful compliments, everyone! I'm very happy with her, though I had never intended on getting a Bloodred, let alone a female.. She makes me a very proud momma and I absolutely can't wait to watch her grow and change. :}

Freshly shed!

Here's Cerise a few days after her second shed with me and after a nice poop! She was ready to hit the town, making it very hard to get pictures.

Pics from today, 10/30/09 (13 grams)

DAmn hot one shes makin out great love them greyheads think she will be a very bright bloodred congrats i love that kinda morph!

Thank you for the compliments, everyone! I'm very happy with the way she's turning out. Of course, I knew Don wouldn't let me down! My camera is pretty poor at getting good pictures now since it's no longer in its prime. It'll soon be retired, I believe. The flash makes her look more orangey than she really is. Ah, well.

That was a major change!!

Really? I couldn't quite tell between her first pictures and then today. Her diffusion is much more prominent. If she changes that much in one shed, I can't wait to see how she looks in...3 or 4! :D

Since I had the camera out to snap some pictures of my new little one, I decided to get some of my other babies, too. Here's my sweet little Cerise, all curled up for bed.

Pushing 15 grams!
