Very interesting critters you've got there! I'm really liking the female Coral Ghost.

Thanks Josh. The pics came out looking kinda orange but in person they are pink. Can't wait to see the male after his shed. They'll be breedable next year.

Cheers,
Graham

Thanks Stephen...those neon coral snows were/are hot! I have a bunch of coral snows (from different lines) that I'm working on selectively breeding to get uber pink animals!

Neons

I was too,I tried to see if the original High Pink Snows,I had were compatable with any others. One year, I think I bred 5 females to my male, some were Loyd Lemke stock Bubblegum Snows.Well, I didnt produce any that looked as good as the male and with the amount of Snow corns I was producing, I was getting overwhelmed with them.It would have meant either only working with them or just moving on and handing the project over to whoever was interested. I do still have a few animals that are from projects that are from my original Neon line. Also I have the great, great and maybe a couple more greats Grandad of them! LOL Good Luck, those are nice!!!

I bet those weren't cheap. Beautiful snakes! My cousin keeps asking me to find her a PINK snake. I think I know what I'm looking for now.

Seen them in Pomona.. Nice grab.. Although they had something else on their table I would have loved to have picked up.. Ah well..

Regards.. Tim of T and J

I've been looking at some coral ghosts for a long time, if they weren't so pricey I'd get a couple myself. I love the pinks, great additions you have there!

Thanks everyone- I've been wanting the for a long time and finally took the plunge.

Although the Salmon Snow doesn't look that impressive in the pics- the thing is freakin' sweet in person.

Hey Pepper- The line was started by Jim of SWR (South Wiscossin Reptiles). JMG has selectively bred them a generation or two to improve the pinks a bit. The 2010 Cornsnake Morph Guide hints that people believe they MAY be anery strawberry corns.... currently breeding trials are underway I think. Honestly- although strawberry hypo may be a part of it (esp. since Jim at SWR started the Strawberry hypos), I think there might be something else (I honestly don't know what else could be in it). Jeff at JMG did say that they are getting better and better each generation through selective breeding!

Hope that helps.

Thanks again everyone for the nice comments! I really appreciate them... I'll get better/updated pics after the sheds.

Thanks John- talking with Jeff, he said they are BOTH in shed and just wait to see the pinks after they shed... I'm excited.

You have those really nice Blushing Corns....

Thanks Josh. The pics came out looking kinda orange but in person they are pink. Can't wait to see the male after his shed. They'll be breedable next year.

Can I be on the list? :dgrin: I want some of these so badly to mix into my other pink projects. I saw some at Daytona.... sooo nice, but out of my price range at the time. Maybe by the time you produce some I will have saved enough.
