2010 CS.com NFL Football Pick 'Em

Packers lose!! :dancer:

I can't believe their epic collapse. 17 penalties?!? Especially all the personal fouls and pass interference on that last drive by the bears!

The Packers are talented enough, but if they're going to make that many mental mistakes, then they have no chance. Bears D is looking pretty good - especially Urlacher/Briggs. Those two are absolute beasts.

I still think Cutler is too mistake prone to carry this team deep. He got lucky several times during the game. But if the D can keep them in it, then who knows?

Yeah I'm not a big Cutler fan, but I hate the Packers worse and now I see I should have went against them! Oh well, still happy they lost, and doesn't effect the standings in the pick em.

Julius Peppers is a terror as well. He just looks so massive, and with that speed... I personally don't see the Bears tearing it up in the post-season, mainly because he's just too liable to give the ball up, but 'if' he can get it together and play like he's been playing on a consistent basis this might be a scary team all year.

Yeah... the Bears are VERY scary... Cutler's been very decent thus far. BUT, we should all remember that except for a few calls (none BAD in the GB game), the Bears could very well be 0-3.

Very true - they very easily could be 0-3. None of their wins were dominant or convincing IMO. That being said, the NFL is all about seizing opportunities and making the most of them. Detroit had a TD overturned, the Bears capitalized. Cowboys continued lackluster play, Bears capitalized. GB committed 18 penalties - they capitalized.

I'm not sold on them being a legitimate contender, or even playoff bound. I still think Culter isn't capable of leading them deep. But for now, they're the only undefeated team in the NFC.

Oh, I agree. Cutler, as scary as he may occasionally seem, is highly prone to throwing picks. And I do agree that none of their wins have seemed dominating. I just see the NFC as being so wide open that it won't take a dominant team to go all of the way to the SB. Personally, I feel like there's a handful of teams in the AFC that could beat the NFC's best.

Yeah! The Browns, Raiders, and 49er's are going to totally upset today. Hurry up and change your pics! :grin01:

Alright, go St. Louis!

I'm watching the Packer/Lion game with my mom and grandfather, up here in Michigan. I'm hoping the Lions can pull off a big upset! I like the Packers about as much as I like the Cowboys...which is to say not very much.

Oh Boy! Looks like I may be dropping down the list if some if these scores hold up.Looks like some upsets today. GO COLTS!
