Yup. It's just terrible. The defense has no excuse at all.

And only three (IIRC) interceptions all year, including Romo and Kitna, were the QBs fault. Rest were tipped or dropped by receivers, all of which were catchable. Just a giant comedy of errors.

I mean, what team can get 5 take aways, and still lose the game? The Cowboys, that's who.

They'll be lucky to finish 4-12, probably more like 2-14 honestly. Only good thing is that they'll get a high draft choice so should be able to draft a top lineman. Though watch Jerry take another WR. Though hopefully he will finally put his ego aside, and bring a real coach, like Cowher and give him the keys to the car, though unlikely.
 
Bummer... I didn't realize that my picks didn't go through. The same thing happened with my fantasy teams. I went through all of my NFL related groups on Saturday night (like I always do), and I made sure to submit and reload the pages to make sure that the changes saved, but for some reason none of them did?
 
That stinks, Michael... Sorry about that. I've been doing so poorly it looks like I DID miss a week. LOL.

Even in Fantasy League... I lost like 3 games in a row.

BTW, Sharon FINALLY lost one. Kudos to her for doing so well and getting 8 weeks in before a loss! :)
 
I know, it's really confusing too? I could see missing just a Fantasy Football team or the Pickem', but to have missed all of them is really confusing. Oh well, we're only half way through so I should still have plenty of time to stage some form of comeback.
 
Wow! I didn't even bother looking at my NFL.com FF team after realizing that my roster didn't set. I won 128.72 to 128.12... haha!!! Thank you Peyton Manning. Holy cow!!! I had Anquan Boldin, Tony Gonzalez and Matt Forte on a bye, and the other guy had a complete roster.

I actually picked the Cowboys too, going with my idea that Garrard was only slightly better than Kitna, and that the rest of the Cowboys had much more talent. I guess I was wrong, lol.

The Jags got very lucky, though. I mean, three picks were off of dropped passes. I can't necessarily blame Kitna for all of that.

Peyton is just on another planet with his game. He's down half of his offense and he still tears it up. Not to underrate the rest of the team, but the more I watch Manning, the more I feel like he could make any team great.
 
I'm with ya! I picked the Cowboys because I figured that they might be "better" without Romo... for the fist series it looked TRUE. Alas... it wasn't. LOL.

As for Peyton... he is a FOOTBALL GOD! Holy CRAP! Madden once said that if he could have one quarterback for one season, he'd take Montana. If he could have one QB for one game, he'd take Elway. I think he's rethinking that and he'd take Peyton in both instances. LOL.
 
I know that I would. Not to discount the others, but it just seems like Manning has this ability to perform at the highest level regardless of who's around him playing.
