Oh, he's super cute Jim, thanks so much for the pictures! I really love Map Turtles' coloring on their bodies..so unique!
 
I used to have a red ear slider, but it got out, and I found it in my room1month later somehow still alive, and then it eventually died :( so I had my brothers, but sold it at my garage sale to this little kid who really wanted it for 50$ lol, and I only paid about 20$ for the whole thing ;)
