Hi, just tonight I realized the pinks I've been feeding my 18 gram snake are way too tiny (2 pinks are only 3 gr). I was thinking, is it bad if I feed her every 3 days for a couple of times, so that I can get to peach fuzzies, or that's a bad idea? According to the Munson plan, a meal of 3 grams is too small for a 18 gram snake, it should be like 6-8 grams every 4-5 days. Any foreseeable problems feeding more often for a couple of times?

That's what I'm doing---2 at a time, total of 3 grams (1.5 gr each). They are tiny as you see.
Next time you go get frozen pinkies just ask for large pinkies!!! also not sure what pet store you go to but I find at the smaller family run pet stores you get better service and usually better selection of feeders. Also I personally think the Munson diet is a little heavy so I would just keep up what your doing for a couple more feedings and you will be up too small fuzzies in a few weeks!! Every 3 days is excessive.
I usually buy the frozen feeders from PetSmart (here in Canada), they don't have much selection---either the really small pinkies, or fuzzies (which are not really fuzzies but more like peach fuzzies or whatever they are called). I've got pinkies for about 2 more feedings, but ok---I won't go every 3 days...maybe 4. She just isn't growing at all, I've had her for a month and a half or so, and she hasn't shed yet.. i think I'm underfeeding her. If you need to use them up, 4 day intervals might be ok, or just get the size you were using before and add a little pink when she needs to go up a size
