To me, it sounded like your daughter kills cats and gnaws their heads off.

I'm not smart enough to quote.

I'm thinking about getting a retic of some sort to dispatch of bothersome children... Aside from the red cap in the stool I think I could get away with it!

she showed me a boa or python there in the store that has spurs (male) do male corns have spurs . I am almost positive that the corn i have grown to enjoy has been a femme all along .

I wanted to let you know that spurs are not an accurate way to sex a python (I've had females with really long spurs, males with no spurs...females with short spurs and males with long spurs). The only accurate way is probbing, just like any other snake. Also, corns do not have spurs.

Sometimes I supplement my corns diet with guppies. I breed my own and often times end up with way too many culls for the garters to eat. Some of them like them as an occasional snack, a few won't touch them. I wouldn't think it would hurt them though. The fish have been in my care for over 6 generations now and so far have yet to show signs of parasites or sickness.

Some day I hope to actually see one eat a fish. They always wait until I'm not looking!

Oh yeah! I used to have a rosy boa (Beauregard!) who ate my finger. he chomped onto it, and I figured "Hey, he'll figure it out and let go." Wrong! He swallowed my finger all the way down to my hand before he realized what he was doing. I had to wait all that time for him to barf it back up, since I didn't want to hurt his throat or yank out any teeth. I'm just glad my fingernails were trimmed. Silly snake.
