What is he?! ive been told hes a Amel, an okeetee and a reserve! any idea what he is?

He could be just an amel. Usually Reverse Okeetees have more white on them. Here's my amel.

So what that means in plain English is he is amelanistic (amel) (does not have melanistic, or black, pigment) for sure. He _may_ be an Okeetee, which would have thicker black borders on his saddles, but since Damien is amel, he then would have thick white borders- a Reverse Okeetee.

What I think is cool is how some of his saddles are barely connected!
