They are sent to your door through FedEx or UPS. You don't have to drive anywhere; that is how the online suppliers work.
There could be many reasons for your snake not eating: temerature too high, temperature too low, lighting, stress, attempting to feed too often, freezer burned mice from Petco, ect, ect. Instead of being able to identify the reason for your snake not eating, you have simple determined that your snake doesn't eat frozen. What experience are you basing this on?
I for one am willing to answer all of the questions that you want to ask, but you need to realize that you are filling up the forums with repeat questions that have recently been asked and answered.
On one thread you stated that your snake had feed f/t twice and on another you said that it didn't eat f/t. You have also posted asking if anyone had snakes available in the D/FW area. When I replied, you stated that are were "just browsing". This becomes confusing and unnecessary for all envolved. I'd suggest that you take a deep breath and start over.
If your serious about posting, take the time to post details and not assumptions. Now let's figure out why your snake isn't eating.
1) How long have you owned this snake?
2) When was the last time it ate?
3) Was it eating frozen when you got it?
4) Do you know if it was eating at the time of purchase?
5) What is your set-up like? What are then temps?
6) How often are you attempting to feed?
People aren't being mean, you just need a better understanding of how the forum works if you want to get help. Cool??
