Anyone with an AP economy rack?

Khaman

Headed for rehab.
I received mine today and the instructions that came with it explain how to run heat cable through the rack but I ordered flexwatt. I have spent three hours trying several different ways of running the flexwatt through it but I either can’t get the tape in the grooves or once I get the tape in the grooves I can’t get it to bend to go to the next shelf. Any suggestions?

I _think_ TripleMoonExotics has Flexwatt in her AP racks- you could PM her. Or just call AP- I'm sure they wouldn't mind, if they are home.

Did you warm the tape up a little? By plugging it in?

I checked she has not been on in few days. I called AP last night about another problem I was having but Ali was gone by the time I was installing the Flex Watt.

Will warming it make it more pliable?

Oh yes, if it is anything like cable, it will be much more pliable! That's how you get the heat cable in. But you have to unplug it after it is warm, because the cable, at least, gets up to 130F or higher without the thermostat and is uncomfortable to work with.
