This year is going to be pure torture. At least last year I got to buy something from you! Remember how I was going to get a het diamond from you sometime around now? I went ahead and got the one from Ryan Beatty back in March, when it was hot in Alabama but cold in Ohio. No heat pack + poop in bag during transport = $1000+ in vet bills to fight off one mother of a respiratory infection. I should have waited for one of yours...ugh!

Wow! Yeah maybe you should have waited! So sorry to hear you had so many problems with that. That's terrible!

You always have to pack properly for the destination. If you ship correctly there won't be problems. I shipped to NY last year when they had snow and the customer didn't get home until later in the evening to find the box on the doorstep in the snow. When he opened the box he said there was an active healthy little snake warm and cozy in the box. You just have to use common sense when shipping :)
