My 4 1/2' Male "Silver"...

I thought I'd add to this as well, here's my male "Silver", these guys are awesome... I Love the juvenile patterns as well, almost a shame they don't retain them into adulthood...

Very nice Bairdi, Jimmy. I love these guys' variety, and I haven't seen a variation that I didn't like. My own pair have amazed me with their extreme changes as they grow. :)

Beautiful! I don't think I'd ever seen an up-close pic of one before.

How is the bairdi temperament? Hopefully nothing like the Texas rats.... :sidestep:

If handled regularily from a young age they are just as easy to handle as any corn.
I have a couple that I got at a couple of years old that weren't handled very often.
They are a bit more nervous and flighty when I handle them but they don't try to bite and settle down easy enough.

I highly recommend bairds rat snakes to anyone and everyone...lol

I've always love the look of Bairdis, it's like they're actually meant to be orange, but they're wearing suits of armour :grin01:

:-offtopic Deano, is the quote in your sig from Talladega Nights?
