I wouldn't call her a banded snake, but maybe an amel milksnake phase. She does seem to have saddles that are a bit "beefed up". The banded look is a polygentic mutation. This means that it is NOT caused by a single genetic mutation. It is more like aztec or zigzag/zipper. Banded corns will tend to throw hatchlings that tend towards the banded look. It also seems that bandeds seem to have petternless bellies, similar to diffused, stripe, and motley corns. A true banded corn will have no side pattern, and the saddles will wrap around down the side of the snake, and meet the ventral side.
