Well, I'm thinking now is probably a good time to officially introduce myself. I probably should have done this back when I joined, but I just didn't. Don't ask me why.
The name's Lindsay. I like pina coladas, and... err. Well, seriously though. I've owned corn snakes for 6 or 7 years. Owned a single king snake, but I'm actually quite preferable to corns, and he went to a new home with a quickness. My other half and I share the same intense love of reptiles, though I currently have FAR more time to foster to the addiction, as I am also a stay at home mom. Before the birth of my lovely daughter, Autumn, I was a vet tech. My first corn snake was a pretty gray girl named Loralei, and was the sweetest snake I have ever had the pleasure of being owned by. I also breed my own mouse colony, as I prefer to know what I'm putting in my snake's belly, and because let's face it, it's a money saver. I have been a part of animal rescue for as long as I've been working with animals, which started when I was a senior in highschool, working kennel for the animal hospital that inspired me to become registered as a technician.
Things about me not addressed otherwise:
-I am stubborn and bullheaded.
-I am respectful, if the same respect is showed to me, but defensive when cornered. Though I'm working on that defensive part.
-I am an artist and a writer, though I am bashful about both.
-I'm a little bit of a geek. I love gaming, sci-fi movies, anime, and comic books.
Anyhow, hopefully this clears up a little bit of confusion about who or what I am.
