Black Ratsnakes

Here's a WC eastern KY black rat I caught and photoed last year, very calm the whole time.

Black Rat

I got one of these from Mr. Roylance last week and could not be happier with this snake! He has a calm & confident demeanor and an appetite that won't quit. This will not be my last black rat.!
 
ahhhh I'm so envious!! I want one from Steve SOO badly! A jet black ratsnake is really the only snake I truly want. They are beauties!! Please post pics of yours Phil :)
 
We've been thinking about getting a leucistic black rat for the past few years...the local pet store has one (that they've had for ages...it's an adult now, and sweet as anything). Once I get our racks from Animal Plastics, I'll have room for her.
