Bloodred and Pewter

tips

If a Bloodred and a pewter are bred, what would come out of this pairing?

These corn snakes are mi two favorite corn snake morths thats why im
asking this question.

The bloodred is a selectively bred corn snake right? so if you want any corn snake to be diffuse you need to breed them with a bloodred?

I read that if you breed a bloodred with any other corn snake that isnt bloodred all the offsprings would come out normal, is this true?

Sorry if I asked dumb question, but I dont know nothing about genetics.
im just trying to learn, so that in the future if I deside to breed corn snakes I wouldn't be lost.

bloodreds are a selective form of diffusion. I technically have a bloodred, but he's pumpkin orange. Not what one normally thinks of upon hearing "blood"-red. Diffusion itself is a recessive gene. Breed a blood to something not carrying any blood genetics and you get non-bloods het for bloodred.

Pewter is bloodred and charcoal at the same time. Thus, the offspring from a blood and pewter pair would be bloods het charcoal.

I think. O_< curse you sleepy brain!
