Check out this site. I put in the info to have their search engine identify your bug and it couldn't do it. Is this a joke?

Mine is no JOKE..at all..

That other Lady bug is a fake..I have seen this web-site that the photographer alters the color for pure art....if you'd call it that I guess..



But seriously..I have never seen another one like the one I had photographed...

I'm not one to play "jokes" online..its kinda pointless..:nope:

Anybody notice that Manda's original picture has the lady bug squirting some little droplets out it's side? I don't know what that means, but it might help identify..

Thats the lady bug's defense..its actually comming from the leg sockets..and it tastes bad to things who want to eat it..
....

Ladybird larvae are one of my favourite things! I used to catch them for my boys and we'd watch them munching through all the aphids we could catch for them. When they pupate you can see the colour developing on their wingcases just before they emerge
