Boa Trafficer?

Some countries either ignore CITES or just interpret CITIES to suit themselves...
Even some so called advanced countries ignore the actual wording of CITES controlled animals....
 
Boa Constrictors are registered as Cites II- excluding the Occidentalis which is actually Cites I.
You need a permit to ship these guys around.
Hog Isle Boas are not a separate sub-species by the way. It is considered Boa constrictor Imperator and is registered under Cites II.
