Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.
I have noticed one of my corns making a almost growling noise every so often. It sounds like a lung problem but it doesn't happen all the time? Ideas please. Thanks
I've heard that this can be caused by something as simple as an impending shed.. However any unusual breathing noises could be a sign of a respiratory infection. If you run a search on here you'll find lots of useful information and other symptoms to look out for that would indicate an infection.
I have one snake, Jake, who will often sigh loudly when I have him out. He's expressing something- probably "I'd rather be laying in my hide." He often follows this by a really tight squeeze. I'd say if your snake just makes the sound intermittently, surrounded by normal quiet breathing, he could be doing it intentionally.
