thought it was a motley but was sold as a normal
 
What does the belly look like? I've produced Butter Mots that have those sorts of markings just on the top part of the body, but it could also be a normal pattern. It's either a pretty normal or a fairly low-quality motley! Hopefully the belly should clinch it.
 
My butter 'motley' has these sorta light butter checkers, but almost perect motley patterning.... But is he normal cus of the belly checkers?? Thanks
 
Yepp. If he has belly checkers then he would be a normal. If his belly were solid white, he would be a motley. :] He is still really vibrant!! A beautiful butter!!
