Callia: 2012 Milksnake Phase Miami from Nanci!

Ahhhhh, I'm gonna die of adorable overload! They're so cute when they look so inquisitive. Which, is pretty much ALL THE TIME!

I woke up very early this morning with the thought- what if Mom Cherry is hanging about her water bowl because she is going to lay a clutch of slugs!! (She didn't get bred this season, and was laying slugs before ever being bred the first time!) I couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up and checked on Cherry, and since I had her out, decided to wash her water bowl so I wouldn't have to do it later, and meanwhile she twined herself all up in my hair and around my neck and so she stayed out and kept me company while I drank coffee and read the forums for a couple hours! It's no doubt who Callia gets her friendly personality from...

A short update on Callia - She's doing really well. She's gaining weight steadily still, and even shed for me recently. I need to take her to get some fresh pics, she's still the cutie she is. I've moved her back up to fuzzies, and she ate her first one with success, no difficulties at all. Just waiting for a poop!

Funny story, I went on vacation for a week, and when I came back, she was looking at me through the glass of her viv. So, naturally, I open the tank to let her out to be handled a bit. First thing she does? Ooh! Food! *CHOMP* Little bugger bit me! Guess she was really hungry. Haha. She let go almost immediately after she realized I wasn't food.

I'll get some new pics soon!
