:shrugs:
I am starting to get worried about our corn snake Zea. She has been fed on Jun 30/04 and I haven't found any poop yet. I sifted through all of her substrate last night pretty thoroughly and couldn't find a thing. And the last time she pooped it was very small. She is in blue phase at the moment
The reason I'm getting worried is that I read a post yesterday about someone's corn snake that had died from impaction. Apparently the corn had ingested substrate but the owner couldn't figure out how. They said they always fed the snake outside of the viv in a separate container without substrate. This led me to think that perhaps the snake had ingested it's own poop.
Has anyone ever seen this happen? Or am I just worrying too much?
Temps are fine in the viv I think (see "Too hot for my corn" for more background)
Any advise or encouragement is appreciated.
