Caramel Bloodred

HazAnga

Corn's + Garters
I was at the CRBE in Toronto Ontario today and i picked up a Caramel BloodRed. I was looking for a nice SK but only saw 2 and they were just plain jane, I'm looking for one with a crazy head pattern, a little picky you could say. I should have picked up the male i saw at the expo back in July, but ohh well.
Here's some pix of the little guy

What does everyone think?

I love how the head is grey like that. Is that the bloodred that does that? or something else?

Edit:
I decided to call him Spartacus

What table did you get that from!!! I think I was holding that little snake at one point around 11! haha

I was stuccoed between caramel lavender female or a hypo lavender male from the same table! I ended up getting the Hypo Lavender boy :)

and a lavender girl from SME for 15 bucks!

I got it from Two Monsters Exotics. He had 2 of them and this one was completely calm and fine with me handling him. The other one was a tad flighty so i chose which one based on that because they looked exactly the same other wise.

Looks nice! Mine is just now ( a year later ) getting some really nicely diffused sides. For some reason it seems like a lot of the caramel based bloods take their time diffusing! Great pick up!

Nice! They seemed to have the only decent corn selection of things outside the "normals"

Congrats!

There was the tails and scales booth that had a few different morphs, that had a couple sk's but no crazy head pattern. I was kind of depressed when I realized that Tripple R Corns wasn't going to be there.

i knew she wasn't going to be there after to checking her forum, but man... the corn scene wasn't the same! BHB usually has some decent corns to! next year will rock for sure! Im still happy with my babies.

My friend and I might set up a table next year and try to sell some balls-my corns. we will see how everything comes out this year!

That would be cool, I agree though the corn scene wasn't the same as last year, last year there were like 10x more corns then this year. But hopefully next year will be better.
Anyway, i took another few pix of him in his new home.

Yes that is the bloodred that "often" causes the grey head. (sometimes masque cause the grey head too)

Love the name....

Pretty snake

I can't wait to see how his colour goes and he gets bigger.

The grey head is associated with Bloodred, but many are thinking that what really causes the skull pattern is the Masque gene.
