Caramel Tessera Stripe?

DLena asked what they looked like as adults. I took some pics that seem relevant to this discussion. Not trying to hijack your thread.

First is my adult male Tessera Caramel Motley/Stripe het amel. Second my Butter Stripe female. Next two of their kids that just had their first shed: what I think is a Tessera Caramel Stripe, then a Tessera Butter Motley?

Next I have some of their kids from last year. A Tessera Caramel Stripe that has an almost greenish tinge to him, a Tessera Butter Motley that went into blue just for the pic (she is normally two shades of neon yellow), and last, a Tessera Amel Motley, het caramel (hence the nice orange color).

You're tessera caramel stripe offspring look the same as what I feel is a tessera stripe and tessera caramel stripe that I hatched in 2014. For whatever reason, the genetics dice hasn't rewarded me with a butter tessera anything yet. This will be my 3rd attempt at it, 4 seasons factoring in 2015 was a no-eggs/recovery-year due to a number of personal factors.

The Game of Genetics can be frustrating. With my adult pair, I have a 50/50 shot at offspring being tessera, a 50/50 shot of them being either caramel or butter, and a 50/50 shot of them being either motley or stripe. So a butter tessera is a one in four chance. I got 3 last year (two motleys, one stripe) and two this year (haven't decided which yet). I usually end up with a majority of caramel motleys, genetically the least exciting, but nice patterns anyway. Oh, that amel tessera had a different mother.
