Changing my corn's viv before or after feed?

Hi guys,

So after everyone complained that my viv looked terrible and very "breeder-esque" (my word) I have decided to redo it.

I purchased aspen, vines, hiding spots, some leaves, a stick, and a rock. I got a lot of stuff but I haven't fed him yet.

I am waiting until tomorow to feed him, so that way it will be a full 5 days in his new home. However, now I want to redo his viv. Should I feed him, and while he is sitting in his feeding tub redo his viv? Or will that be like putting him in a whole new viv and he will freak out? Should I do it a few days after he eats? Like saturday night?

I would do it while he is in his feeding bin. Then give him a good three days to settle in.

I agree with Nanci. I change around my snakes "decorations" quarterly. Some might disagree with this but I think it would be boring to have the same environment all the time.

So I think it is good you got some excitement in their home!
