I purchased her as a charcoal, but have been told she looks to be a ghost....what do you think???

Your girl looks almost related to my Torandre, who is a ghost. I could post pictures of her for you if you'd like.

They very well could be related! I adopted my girl Bijou off of craigslist here in San Antonio and he got her from a breeder (unknown) wow. I hope she's as pretty as your girl when she grows up :)
 
Daemonox was the breeder of my girl. Even their cheek markings are similar. And I, too, once bought a ghost off of CL from a guy who thought he was a charcoal. It's pretty common for animals there to be mislabeled.
 
oh yeah, but I assumed it was charcoal only because of the pics, but I DO see she's developing yellow along the belly like yours
