cleaning a viviarium (im new here)

a lost cause
is it ok to use a mild bleach solution to clean my corn snakes vivarium? or is there any other suitable cleaning method you could please tell me about?

A little bleach added to your cleaning water is fine. Just make sure to rinse well afterwards so there is not even a residue of the bleach left behind.

Bleach evaporates pretty quickly as well, so remember to leave it in the tank for about a minute if you are truly trying to disenfect.

I didn't realize this until I did a google search on cleaning with bleach solutions. Works great for kitchen counters as well - it is one of the few things that kills most viruses and bacteria.
