Cleaning My Dog's Water Bowl

My dogs' auto-waterer gets slimy and stinky inside, and I can't reach inside to scrub it. Bleach-water (same solution used to clean snake stuff) hasn't seemed to get rid of it. Is there something I can spray inside of it to clear the gunk out?
 
I use a bleach solution followed by vigorous rinsing. Water pressure will go a long way. It should just be algae/diatoms and either will be easily killed by mild bleach.
